The Havasu Community Health Foundation offers health support and educational programs to enhance the quality of life for residents of Lake Havasu City, Mohave County, and the surrounding areas in Arizona. We are committed to the prevention and early detection of potentially life-threatening diseases by providing free or low-cost health screenings, educational sessions, health-related materials, private counseling, and resources to help individuals find the best medical or mental health services available in their community.

We believe our programs empower community members to make healthier daily choices and advocate for themselves in managing their health and well-being. Our social services include the HCHF Food Bank, which provides over 1.4 million pounds of food annually to 4,000 families, and our Veterans’ Health Awareness, which supports programs specifically designed to assist veterans and ensure they receive the recognition and services they deserve.
