Info: The Costume Contest?
Bring your most show-stopping, jaw-dropping, and spellbinding look — it’s time to dress to impress. The stage is set, and the witches of Haymarket want to see your creativity come alive!

✨ How It Works
• Upon arrival, you’ll be given a contest number to wear or tag on your costume.
• Guests will have the chance to vote throughout the evening using ballot boxes placed inside The Haunted Manor.
• At 9:00 PM sharp, we’ll line up the finalists for one last look and a round of applause.
• Votes + audience cheers + the witches’ final say = our winners!

? Prizes
• 1st Place: A $500 luxury swag bag curated by Studio B Salon & Beauty Bar, The Beauty Effect, and Brichelle Med Spa.
• 2nd Place: A $250 indulgent swag bag filled with beauty, style, and wellness treats.
• 3rd Place: A $150 swag bag with hand-picked favorites to keep the magic alive.

Info: The Pumpkin Contest
Think your pumpkin has what it takes to steal the spotlight at The Haymarket Haunted Manor? Whether it’s spooky, glamorous, or jaw-droppingly creative, we want to see your best carved or decorated masterpiece.

✨ How It Works
• Drop-Off: Pumpkins must be delivered either the night before by 6:00 PM or upon arrival the evening of the event.
• Deadline: All pumpkins must be on display no later than 7:30 PM on event night.
• Voting: Guests will cast their votes through an open ballot box system during the event.
• Winner Reveal: The winner will be announced before the Costume Contest begins, chosen by the evening’s guest votes.

? Prizes & Bragging Rights
A luxury swag bags 1st, 2nd & 3rd and the ultimate title of Pumpkin Royalty of the Manor will be awarded to the winner. Must be present to win.

Upon arrival, every guest will receive a swag bag with a scavenger hunt list tucked inside. As you make your way through the Manor, collect the hidden clues, tokens, or treats to complete your list.

✨ How It Works
• Each stop inside the Manor will reveal a special enchanted item to collect.
• Once your list is complete, bring it to the Gatekeeper to redeem your prize.
• The Gatekeeper guards the Manor’s secrets — only those who finish the hunt will be rewarded.
