Haus of Allies
About this Event
Haus of Allies is an industry panel and networking event bringing together a diverse group of voices from across the Australian bar community to explore what it really means to build a sustainable, inclusive, and supportive career in hospitality.
This is not your typical panel. Grounded in lived experience, the conversation moves beyond theory - offering honest, practical insights into navigating career growth, managing wellbeing, and creating safer, more inclusive environments within and beyond the workplace.
Featuring a line-up of respected industry professionals at different stages of their careers, alongside Human Capability Specialist Annie Harvey - whose background spans neuroscience-informed wellbeing, education and coaching - the discussion aims to reflect the realities of hospitality today while exploring more sustainable ways to build long-term careers in the industry.
Expect an open, thoughtful conversation covering:
- Career pathways and redefining success in hospitality
- Mental health, burnout, and work/life balance
- Building inclusive, supportive team cultures
- Navigating change, growth, and opportunity in the industry
Hosted by Mix Haus as part of Bartender's Weekender, and supported by RHUBI and Fever-Tree, Haus of Allies is a space for honest dialogue, shared experiences, and collective progress.
Alongside the conversation, guests can enjoy cocktails by Shirley Yeung and Eduardo Conde featuring RHUBI Aperitif and Fever-Tree.
Join us and be part of the conversation.
