HAUS IN MOTION

Common Haus is bringing the community together for a morning of movement, energy and connection.

We’re kicking things off with CEREMONY, a 45-minute, functional training class at Les Mills Christchurch. Expect a dynamic workout built around natural human movement: squats, lunges, push-ups, deadlifts and strength circuits designed to challenge the body and fire up your metabolism.

This isn’t about being the fittest person in the room. It’s about showing up, moving together, and starting the weekend with good energy.

After the workout, we’ll walk together to The Rambler (96 Lichfield Street, Christchurch Central City) for coffee where the conversation continues, a chance to meet new people, catch up with familiar faces, and connect with the creative, entrepreneurial and community-minded people that make up Common Haus.

The Workout

CEREMONY is a functional training class designed around natural movement and athletic performance. The session begins with a guided warm-up before moving into equipment stations where coaches demonstrate each exercise and provide intensity options.

You’ll rotate through stations with music, coaching and group energy keeping things moving.

Expect:

• Squats, lunges, push-ups and deadlifts
• Strength and conditioning circuits
• Bodyweight and equipment training
• A supportive, energetic environment

Whether you’re a regular at Les Mills or trying something new, the class is designed so anyone can participate at their own pace.

The Coffee Walk

After the class we’ll head out together for a short walk through the city to The Rambler (96 Lichfield Street, Christchurch Central City), where your ticket includes one drink of your choice.

This is the part where things slow down.

A chance to talk, meet people, share ideas and connect with others in the Common Haus community.

10:45am – Arrive at Les Mills Christchurch
11:00am – CEREMONY class begins
11:45am – Class finishes
11:50am – Walk together to The Rambler (96 Lichfield Street, Christchurch Central City)
12:00pm – 12:30pm – Coffee, conversation and connection
