Haus Coffee Sound Bath and Social-Wakefield

Join us in person for a chill session at Haus Coffee & Plants! Experience the relaxing vibes of a sound bath that will soothe your mind and body. Afterward, stick around to socialize with fellow attendees and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. It's the perfect way to unwind, connect, and recharge your energy.

Included in this event is guided meditation, sound bath, sharing circle (optional), time to pull oracle cards and socialise with others with others. Drinks and other goodies available to purchase from Haus Coffee & Plants.

What to bring/ wear:

Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)

Water

Comfortable, warm clothes

Blanket/ pillow for extra comfort or eye mask (optional) The comfier & cosier the better!

Journal (optional)
