Haunted Trail Carnival at Arlington Park - Community Vendor Registration*

🎃 Calling All Ghoulish Vendors👻

We're seeking vendors to add to the eerie atmosphere at Arlington Park Sarasota.

Reservations accepted through October 12th

The free event will allow local kids and families the opportunity to participate in games and trick-or-treating.

In order to make the event a success we are taking requests for community vendors. Community vendors will be allowed to set up a booth in the park to promote their organization and provide a family friendly activity. You will be allowed to set up a booth free of charge, but we would like for you to provide an interactive game or activity at your booth that is geared toward children ages 12 and under. For example, Ring toss for candy, coloring pages, small crafts, and so on. Please plan to arrive between 4 pm and 4:15 pm for set-up and stay until 7 pm.

* We expect anywhere from 1,500-2,000 attendees, so please plan accordingly for the items you plan to pass out

Vendor participation is FREE but space is limited. Come join us for a spooktacular time at the Haunted Trail Carnival! Get ready for a night of frights, fun, and fantastic finds. Don't miss out on this thrilling event

ARRIVE EARLY & be prepared to walk to the trail with your items for set-up. This event is very well attended an parking is limited. Shuttle will be provided once the lot fills.

Set-up should be complete by 4:45pm
