After you make your "Hats Off to WCAB" Hat at the summer nights concerts or at home using the kit you pick up form the Arts Hub or the Library, bring it over to the Arts Hub to decorate it!!!!
We will provide all the bling you can imagine, glue, scissors and more, so you can create a masterpiece of a hat that you will be proud to wear to the 20th Annual Arts on the Square festival!
