Cattail Hats!!!! Join us for a backyard forester's workshop where we will work together to figure out how to weave cattail-leaf hats! Sylvan will be leading us, but we will gladly accept any extra expertise! Also - need to work on fire-starting, cooking over a fire, etc.??? We can do that, too!!! So - what you need to bring: IF YOU CAN - harvest NOW about 30 or so cattail leafs. Hang them in small bundles, tips up, in a dry, secure place (a shed, attic, spare room, etc.) - and bring 'em! We'll have *some* extras, and you should come, even if you don't have leafs.... we don't want to .... leaf .... anyone out!!!! Questions? Post up here - And remember, EVERYTHING the Foresters do is open to EVERYONE - you DON'T have to be part of the guild, you just have to have a hunger to learn, to share skills and to be chill!!!!!
