Would you like to make your body a nicer place to live in?Then, join me Monday Willen Yoga for Beginners Class, which goes on each Monday, from 6:00pm till 7:10pm, at Willen pavilion, 28 Portland Dr, Milton Keynes, MK15 9JP,
It is a slower-paced class and geared to those who are new to yoga or prefer a slightly gentler class. We will move our bodies in a gentle flow, releasing tightness, hydrating stagnation while keeping our focus on the bodily sensations and the breath.
Do you feel tired? Then come along, as this exercise will help you to get more energy in your body by simply releasing the hold in your body, that burns your energy.
Do you have issues with the shoulders and your lower back? The, don’t think twice and come along, as it works.
Students claim to have better night sleep, an ease with hip arthritis and lower back issuers and having more energy.
