About this Event
All levels & bodies are welcome including beginners. The small class size provides a welcoming environment for you to ask questions & for help.
Class focuses on mind/muscle connection, proper form, & linking movement to breath. Each pose is held for several breaths allowing you to find strength & stability within both your body & mind.
Every class ends with an opportunity for meditation & Savasana.
Yoga blocks are provided & taught as a normal part of class. Feel free to bring your own cozy blanket for savasana
