START YOUR YOGA JOURNEYHave you been thinking of trying Yoga but are too intimidated by the advanced “Yoga Bodies” at the yoga studios?
Or have you attended and wished you had the postures broken down in detail so you can do them correctly?
Our next 10 weeks beginners yoga courses are taught by Flying Yogis most experienced Yoga Teachers. Over the 10 weeks we will cover:
- Standing Postures
- Seated Poses and deep stretches
- Core work
- Back strengthening/ pain management
- Backbends
- Intro to inversions and fun challenges
- Learn how to “flow”.
This course will get you not only ready for open classes, but will make you fall in love with yoga. The classes include pranayama (breathing) relaxation and meditation.
