This Beginner's Gymnastics Course for Adults shows the safest way you can limber and strengthen up to enjoy fun Tumbling & Acrobatics SkillsOur next 10 week beginners yoga courses are taught by Flying Yogis most experienced Acrobatics & Gymnastics Coaches. Over the 10 weeks we will cover:
- Basic shapes Jumps & turns
- Forward & Backward rolls
- Handstands & Cartwheel
- Round-off Drills
- Bridges & Walkovers
- Revision & Challenges
Week 10 - Putting all the shapes and skills together
Each class includes limbering; strengthening & conditioning.
Location: Flying Yogis, Bondi Junction
When: 2nd May - 4th July
