Explore new and familiar poses (modifications offered) and breathing exercises to enhance flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Enjoy a supportive environment that helps you connect with your body and mind. No experience needed — just come, unwind, and rejuvenate. Yoga will be followed by casual community tea time in our cozy backyard studio.

Please be on time and park in the street or driveway, class will be held in the detached garage in back.
