Victoria Brunacci is the Director of Synergy Yoga in Miami Beach and leads yoga teacher trainings and retreats around the world.
Raised in the mountains of Brazil, Victoria developed a deep connection with nature and an early understanding of the sacred relationship between natural law and the Divine. This foundation continues to influence her teaching and spiritual path today.
In 2007, Victoria received her certification in Swami Sivananda’s Integral Yoga with Jose Maureira at Yogakai Shaktipat in Argentina.
In 2009, she traveled extensively throughout India, studying the Ashtanga Vinyasa system in Mysore at the Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute. During this time she also received initiation into Bhakti Yoga from Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Goswami Maharaja, deepening her devotional and meditation practices.
Victoria is also a Reiki Master (Level III) and has studied traditional bodywork modalities including Thai Massage at the Lanna Thai Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, as well as Acupressure and Reflexology. She further specialized in Vedic Thai Massage, studying under master Mukti Michael Buck of the Vedic Conservatory.
She holds a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification and draws inspiration from the therapeutic teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. Victoria is also a certified teacher in Universal Yoga with Andrey Lappa and received initiation into Vajrayana Buddhist Tantra in Nepal.
Her teaching is influenced by multiple yoga traditions including Jivamukti Yoga, Dharma Mittra Yoga, and the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, creating an integrative and transformative approach to practice.
Victoria also hosted her own yoga television program, “Destinos Yoga,” on Inti Network, a Spanish-language holistic television channel.
For over a decade, Victoria has been guiding spiritual seekers on journeys to the Sacred Inca lands of Peru, where participants experience transformational healing through traditional plant medicine ceremonies. She has completed training in Shamanic Psychology with Alef Trust and has also studied psilocybin-assisted therapeutic approaches, witnessing profound results in mental health, trauma healing, and addiction recovery.
Victoria is deeply passionate about teaching yoga to children, believing that nurturing mindfulness and awareness in younger generations is essential for the evolution of consciousness and the wellbeing of our planet.
