This mindful Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga class with Hillary offers a harmonious blend of flowing sequences and held poses. Each class begins with a simple invitation to turn inward-- through a short reflection or intention-- and unfolds into a breath-lead flow that encourages presence, curiosity, and self-connection. With an emphasis on alignment for joint safety, prop use, balance, and strength, this class is designed to promote relaxation and mindful movement. Hillary's approach honors the roots of yoga while creating a space that feels open and welcoming to all. About the Instructor: Hillary Belin is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher through YogaWorks (2017), with experience leading vinyasa flow classes in both Long Island, NY and Burbank, CA. Her teaching blends mindful movement, steady breath, and thoughtful intention to create a grounded and accessible practice for all levels.
