Move through a mindful, Hatha-inspired flow followed by an extended restorative practice to help you embody the balance between movement and stillness. This class blends breath-led flow to open the body and release tension, followed by deep-rest practices that support nervous system regulation, grounding, and renewal. Move, soften, and restore from the inside out.
