Hath Yoga Beginner's Course

Teacher: Gunjan Khandelwal
I am a certified 200-hour International Yoga trainer. I am also a Meditation and Breathwork trainer with the Art of Living organisation. I have been teaching for about 4 years and practising for more than 10 years.
In this beginner-level course, you will learn a Hatha Yoga sequence. It is a 5-day Course. It is suitable for anyone above 16 years of age. We can discuss it beforehand, in case of any special health condition.
3 Days in person, every day 1 hour, and 2 follow-up sessions online to ensure you are practising correctly. Later on, you are welcome to join my community for regular practices.
