A Hatching Dances egy egyszerű formátumú reggeli táncműhely.
60 perc finom hangolódás a mozgásra és testérzékelésre a Feldenkrais módszer Awareness Through Movement leckéiből inspirálódva. Majd 60 perc rögtönzés, tánc, a szerzett megérzéseink, képeink és tapasztalataink finoman vezetett, mozgásbaöntése, kibontása, felerősítse.
Kovács Timi:
Táncos vagyok, leginkább a mozgásban jártas előadó, mozgástanár, anya. Szintézisét és egyensúlyát keresem a fent említett létformáknak. Érdekel, hogy egyszerre tudjam, érzékeljem és tapasztaljam a testem és azon keresztül a világot. Érdekel, hogy a mozgásom, hogyan láttatja, fedi fel belső folyamataimat ugyanakkor hogy lehet a mozdulat a kapcsolódás eszköze. Törekvéseimben támpontokat adnak a testtudati módszerek, melyeket 2010 óta gyakorlok és tanáraim, - a táncot, az elmélyült testismeretet és a kreatív pedagógiát ötvöző szemléletükkel. Ők: Valentina de Piante (koreográfia, rögtönzés), Hajós Nóra (rögtönzés-Tuning Scores, Logomotion), Kálmán Ferenc, Florence Augendre (Body-Mind Centering©) és Bárdos Adrienne (Feldenkrais).
2011-ben Bukarestben a Színi- és Filmművészeti Egyetemen végeztem Koreográfia szakon.
Együttműködéses munkáimat bemutatták Bukarestben, Luxemburgban, Kolozsváron és Budapesten. Magyarországra költözésemet követően Kálmán Ferenc Body-Mind Centering© képzésében tanultam, illetve sok más testtudatosságot tematizáló képzésen vettem részt itthon és külföldön. Hajós Nórával és egy nemzetközi csapattal közel egy évtizede gyakoroljuk a rögtönzés különféle formáit. Tánc és kreatív mozgás órákat tartottam óvodásoknak, drámaosztályos középiskolásoknak, felnőtt profi és hobbi táncosoknak, színészeknek. Nyolc éve szervezem, Hajós Nórával közösen az erdélyi Wild Art Nature Camp tánctábort.
Jelenleg a Feldenkrais Education Bruxelles szervezetnél képződöm a Feldenkrais módszerben.

morning Feldenkrais ATM lesson and improvisation in 120 minutes

Hatching Dances is a simple format of a morning dance workshop.
60 minutes of gentle attunement to movement and body awareness inspired by the Feldenkrais Method's Awareness Through Movement lessons. Followed by 60 minutes of gently guided improvisation.
Timi Kovács:
Independent dancer, performer, movement teacher, mother based in Budapest. Interested in synthesizing and balancing the forms of life mentioned above. She is interested in perceiving, getting to know and experiencing the body, examining questions that arise through it with the tools of creativity. Her research is based on a decade of interest in somatic methods (the Feldenkrais Method and Body-Mind Centering) and improvisation – the process of perceiving and acting the present moment. She graduated from the National University of Theater and Cinematography (UNATC) Bucharest as a Choreographer in 2011 and worked in independent productions in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Luxembourg and Budapest. Her important creations include the Height Sense Trilogy, a performative inquiry on the theme of symbiosis in collaboration with Alexandra Girbea and in resonance – performance on self-defense and radical softness – in alliance with vocalist and performer Kinga Ötvös.
For 8 years she has been organizing the Wild Art Nature Camp – a camp dedicated to dance improvisation and nature embodiment. And has regularly been giving dance improvisation classes in Hungary and Romania. Currently she is studying the Feldenkrais Method in Feldenkrais Education Bruxelles’ professional training program while actively collaborating in Romanian and Hungarian creations. She is a founding member of SZOME – Association for Somatic Education and Movement based in Hungary.
