It’s that time again!🏉
Hastings Sevens 2026 kicks off on Saturday 8th August, with music, food and family fun all day long☀️
Team check-in opens at 10am, with games kicking off from 11. PLEASE PRE-REGISTER YOUR TEAM by emailing [email protected]
Teams are mixed gender and ability - anyone is welcome, from ages 15 and up!
GAME RULES
- 7 minute halves
- 7 tackles and turnover
- Chicken scratch after tackle
- No kicking
- Ref’s word is final
- Rugby values!
SQUADS
- 10 players to a squad
- Open to all aged 15 and above
- Teams must be mixed (one boy/girl on the pitch at all times)
Our fully licensed bar will be open all day long, along with the BBQ serving hot food.
We have full toilet, showers and seperate changing facilities available.
Alongside the rugby will be family friendly games and toys, and a minis game at lunchtime! So bring the squad, bring the family, bring the kids - there's something for everyone🌞
