Yo, Hastings Fam – It's Happening!

We’re calling all former Hastings employees from every generation, every store, the SSC, and the warehouse to gather for one epic weekend of memories, music, and probably more inside jokes than we can legally print on a T-shirt.

Whether you sold books, brewed coffee, stocked shelves, built displays, managed chaos, or just survived Black Friday with only mild emotional damage…this is for YOU.

The Schedule:

Friday, Sept 19 – “Preunion” at The Lumberyard
7:00 PM | 850 N 23rd St, Canyon, TX (basically a suburb of Amarillo)
A totally informal, totally optional meet-up to kick things off. Cold drinks, old friends, and lots of “Wait... you live where?!”
The Lumberyard has plenty of space, plenty of parking, a nice wet-bar, and a cool "Wall of Beers". You get a wristbad and they charge you by the ounce. More info here: https://thelumberyardcanyon.com/restaurant/

Saturday, Sept 20 – The Main Event(s):
9:00a – Optional Hike @ Palo Duro Canyon State Park
Meet at the trailhead parking lot just inside the entrance to the PDC (2nd largest canyon in the U.S.!)
Bring: Loose-fit clothing, a hat, hiking shoes, water, sunscreen, snacks, and your best trail gossip.
$8 per vehicle entrance fee at the park gate. No other charges.

2:00p – Optional Tour of the Old SSC & Warehouse
Now radically transformed into “AmTech” – see what became of our old stomping grounds. Meet at the front doors!
6:00p – D3: The Main Event! Dinner, Drinks & Dancing!

· Dancing kicks off around 8:30p

· “Happy Trails” at 11p

· Mutiple cash bars available

You’ll walk in the front doors... and probably straight into a flashback.
Bring all your fav Hastings photos and memorabilia! We’ll have memory tables & walls for you to display these things!
Registration Info:

• Early-Bird Registration is $65 per person through July 31
• $75 per person after that
• Eventbrite taxes & fees may apply
• +1’s absolutely welcome, but must be registered (No party crashers!)
• Must be 21 or over to attend
• Registration closes September 13 at 11:59 PM
• Includes dinner, dancing, and a kick-ass Hastings T-shirt (while supplies last!)
• Several cash bars will be available on site
