Please join us! Where we gather in voice, drum, and movement to honor this turning of the seasons. Through song, rhythm, and shared presence, we will celebrate the light within us, embrace the shadow as teacher, and align with the greater rhythms of the Earth and sky.
The Autumnal Equinox is a sacred mirror, showing us the balance of day and night, light and dark. Just as Mother Earth finds her moment of perfect equilibrium. It’s the sacred pause, a moment of balance before the tilt toward longer nights.
This is a time to see both sides of our being—the light we share with the world and the shadow we often keep hidden. To remember that our wholeness comes not from choosing one over the other, but from embracing both as sacred parts of who we are.
Aligned with the rare 2nd New Moon in Virgo (we get a double dose this month), this gathering invites us to refine and re-center. The Virgo energy supports us in clearing away what is no longer needed and planting new seeds of intention—so that our inner light and inner shadow can walk together in harmony.
✨Doors open at 5pm. Music will begin promptly at 5:15. Please arrive early to find your place in the circle and ground into the space. We invite you to enjoy a warm cup of tea as we settle in together. There are some loaner instruments available, however, you may bring some of your choosing!
✨Our sober, family friendly gatherings welcome all no matter their skill level. We aim for inspiration and reflection. Not perfection!
✨We invite you to prepare a personal share (poem, song or instrumental jam; Originals and covers are welcome, however please limit shares to 5 minutes to allow time for others to partake.
✨A suggested donation of $10-$15 per person/family is greatly appreciated, but no one is turned away for lack of funds. Every donation goes toward paying for venue space, event materials and becoming a non-profit so we can bring the medicine of music to places where it is needed most.
✨There is free and ample parking, and a handicap accessible ramp, however- please let us know if you may need extra assistance.
