Two courses will be designed by The Mushroom Queen, two by Chef Vino, and the evening will conclude with a shared dessert course that counts as the fifth course. Each dish will be intentionally paired with a custom wine, curated in partnership with Rootstock and a sommelier to highlight and enhance every flavor.
