About the program
Turn your roof into a resource!
If youβre interested in making your landscape more sustainable or simply curious about rainwater harvesting, this workshop is designed to give you the knowledge and tools to get started right away.
South Carolina gardeners of all experience levels are invited to join Clemson Extension Urban Horticulture Agent Nicole Goodman for an informative and hands-on workshop, Harvest the Rain: From Roof to Soil, where participants will learn about rainwater harvesting and how to set up their own rain barrel system.
Whether you're a homeowner, a gardener, or simply curious about using rainwater wisely, this workshop will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to start harvesting rain.
Choose your level of participation
- Option 1: Information Only
Receive only the educational resources on all things rainwater. The rain barrel and associated hardware are not included. - Option 2: Information + Rain Barrel
Receive the educational resources, one rain barrel, and the associated hardware.
Minimum Enrollment Requirement
This class will be held only if the minimum enrollment of five (5) paid registrants is met by July 20, 2026.
If the minimum enrollment is not met, the session may be rescheduled or canceled. In that case, all registered participants will be notified by July 21, 2026, and issued a full refund.
