Chili Cook-Off Rules
Contestants may enter as an individual or team, and the cost is $50. This includes 10lbs of ground beef. Multiple entries may be
submitted by a team for $50 per entry • Chili must be prepared offsite, and heated to 165 degrees within
a two hour period on-site • A prepared three-gallon minimum is required for each entry. You
do not want to run out for People's Choice Award • Chili will be served to the general public, in 4oz cups provided to you at registration. Guests will receive a People's Choice token
upon entrance. • All chili is prepared in non commercial kitchens. Iron Pig is not sponsible for any food-borne illness that could be present e food served. By purchasing this ticket, you are assuming : responsibility and acknowledging the possible risk of
