Join us for Harvest of the Heart, a nurturing sound bath designed to help you soften into stillness, open to gratitude, and honor your personal harvest from this year. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gentle instruments, you’ll be invited to rest deeply, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of inner abundance. No experience is needed; simply come as you are and allow the sounds to guide you toward peace and presence.
Availabke for use: yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow, and bolster.
