Just make sure to store them in a paper bag (avoid plastic to keep them fresh) for safety. With Eric’s extensive knowledge of mycology, you can trust that he’ll help you determine which mushrooms are safe to eat.
A passionate mushroom forager, Eric began his journey studying fungi in 2002. Just a decade later, he turned his hobby into a thriving business. Now, the New Hampshire Mushroom Company is a beacon of culinary adventure, supplying fresh specialty mushrooms across New England and at the local Tamworth Farmers’ Market, open seven days a week!
