Join us during this full moon to release, let go and open your mind, body, and soul. Listen to a magical symphony of sounds created by Lisa using crystal bowls as you relax in Restorative poses guided by Carol. In addition, Reiki healing will be offered to make this event even more special.
Lisa will use a variety of instruments that are not just heard by the ears but felt in your body. These tones are believed to calm and repair the mind as well as reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, improve breathing and circulation, alleviate aches and pains, strengthen the immune system, and elevate the mood.
This is a great way to open and receive what truly serves you. No yoga experience is needed and be sure to dress comfortably.
