Dust off your dancing shoes and get ready to do-si-do, because the Gem City Squares are coming to Kettering Recreation Complex to host a night of fun for the whole family! Not an experienced stepper? No problem! We will start with some brief and easy instructions which will have you dancing in no time. No experience needed; singles, couples and kids 8 and over will be able to participate.
Square dancing is a good form of exercise that isn’t too strenuous for beginners and improves your balance, and it also sharpens your mental agility by requiring you to listen to and respond to the caller without hesitation.
