Join us under the energy of the Harvest Full Moon for a morning of deep healing, intention setting, and inner peace.🗓 Sunday, September 7th

🌀 We’ll begin with some gentle stretching followed by a guided meditation to align with the powerful lunar energy. Next, students will be guided into an immersive sound healing experience using crystal bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments to help you release, reset, and recharge.
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this is a beautiful opportunity to connect with yourself and the rhythms of nature in a safe, welcoming space.
