I am hosting a truly magical day retreat aligned with the Harvest Full Moon - the closest full moon to Autumn Equinox in the beautiful scenic settings of Hindley Hall Golf Club on Sunday 5th October.
The Harvest Moon, is a time to consider your spiritual harvest. What have you been cultivating over the summer?
Harvest is both a drawing in and a letting go: We collect the good fruits and vegetables, and we W**d out the plants we don’t want or need in our gardens. This is a time to drop habits, plans, or behaviours that aren’t working for you in order to clear the way for this new shift in energy.
It is the perfect time of year to sit and reflect on what the year so far has brought us, and it is a time to shed and let go of what we do not need ready to feel nourished and take comfort in the winter months ahead.
I have planned such a beautiful retreat day which also will include learning a little bit about the Bach Flowers and an opportunity for you to make your own remedy.

Full Moon Meditation with Sound Bowl

Sunday Lunch *Provided by Hindley Golf Club including a drink

Flower Remedy workshop
An introduction to the Bach Flowers
Make your own remedy to take home

Close our circle with a delicious glass of homemade Green Witch mulled wine and chance to shop / stock up on your Green Witch Products.
