Join the Norwayne Community Citizens Council and our community partners as we celebrate the fall season with the free community event. Free pumpkin for each child in attendance. Free dinner for all. Cider and donuts. Pony rides and best of all Trick or treating through the halls of Jefferson Barns! Don’t forget your costume and an opportunity to win a prize in our costume contest.
