Harvest Feast: An Indigenous Culinary Experience

12:00 to 1:30 p.m.

$50 per seat

In honor of Native American Heritage Month, this special event offers a guided three-course Indigenous tasting experience, celebrating seasonal ingredients and cultural traditions.

Featured Menu:

  • Roasted Seneca-Cayuga Duck – Seasoned with Indigenous spices, maple glaze, centerpiece of the meal
  • Carottes Vichy – Heirloom carrots, lightly glazed, elegant side dish
  • Caramelized Acorn Squash Dessert – Roasted with maple and warm spices
  • Raspberry Mint Elderflower Mocktail – Refreshing, non-alcoholic pairing

Each course will be prepared live, with stories and cultural insights shared throughout the cooking process. Guests will enjoy plated tastings of every dish and take-home printed recipe cards for continued exploration.

This event takes place in a fully alcohol-free setting, honoring community wellness and the cultural values at the heart of Indigenous foodways.
