Join Us for the Annual Harvest Dinner!Just like in years past, everyone who has accumulated and volunteered to help us pick grapes at least 8 hours or more during the September harvest season is invited to a special evening of gratitude and community: the Harvest Dinner.
This year, Whistler & Holly are back in the kitchen, crafting a made-from-scratch feast that’s sure to delight your taste buds. Here’s what’s on the menu:
🍴 Rolled Stuffed Pork Loin: Tender pork loin stuffed with a savory-sweet blend of bacon, apples, and dried cranberries.
🥔 Cowboy Potatoes: Roasted to perfection with onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
🍆 Roasted Eggplant Salad: A vibrant mix of garbanzos, freshly harvested mint, parsley, Sungold tomatoes, kalamata olives, and a light vinaigrette, all topped with crumbled feta cheese.
🥗 Garden Salad: Crisp greens paired with a house-made vinaigrette.
🍎 Apple Cobbler: Warm, spiced apple cobbler served with creamy vanilla bean ice cream.
🍷 And of course, the wine will be flowing! Raise a glass to the season’s success and enjoy an evening of delicious food, great company, and heartfelt appreciation. (This dinner will be held inside our cozy barn.)
