Pauline's Hot Toddy- This winter warmer will cure all that ails ye. Passed down to our Distiller Conor by his granny, this Sons of Erin Irish Whiskey based cocktail has doses of wild honey, lemon, clove, and apple. Whether is to warm you up or battle the winter bugs this cocktail will sooth it all.

Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned- For the seasonal palette - the folks who don't mind breaking out the flannel and scarves the moment the leaves start to turn. This Stone Breaker Irish & American Blended Whiskey cocktail will satisfy that undeniable craving that hits us all at the turning of the seasons. Notes of pumpkin, clove, oak, orange and molasses.

Apple Cider Sour- A twist on a classic, this fall sour pairs our 96 Proof Cinnamon Stone Breaker Blended Whiskey with fresh apple cider made by our friends down In Louisberg, adding some lemon and maple syrup. Whether you're inside by the fireplace or outside by the firepit, this silky cocktail is sure to enhance the fall vibes.
