Harvest at Sherbrooke Village
The harvest is a time to gather, give thanks, and celebrate the bounty of our communities — and this year, Sherbrooke Village is bringing that spirit to life over two special days.
Friday, August 28 | 5:30–7:00 PM
Harvest Feast
Gather around the table for an evening celebrating the flavours, traditions, and stories of the harvest — **right on Historic Main Street!** Enjoy a wonderful meal surrounded by the historic Blacksmith and Kitchen, while authentic live music featuring deeply Nova Scotian songs provides the soundtrack to your evening.
It’s a chance to slow down, share a meal, and savour the season together.

Harvest Celebration
The following day, the Village comes alive with the sights, sounds, and traditions of harvest time. Explore a robust collection of heritage lawn and fair games, enjoy great food, cheer on the competitors in the **Sherbrooke Plate Baking Competition**, and discover even more throughout the Village.
There’s something to see, do, taste, and celebrate around every corner.

All Weekend
84th Regiment of Foot Encampment
The famous 84th Regiment of Foot returns to Sherbrooke Village for the weekend, setting up camp and sharing stories of the soldiers who stood ready to defend our province. Come explore their pitched tents, gather around the campfire, and meet soldiers in full regalia as the encampment comes to life from sun-up to sun-down — with the occasional crack of musket fire and cannon fire.
From the food on our tables to the traditions that bring us together, the harvest is something worth celebrating.
**Join us at Sherbrooke Village for a weekend rooted in community, culture, and the simple pleasure of gathering together.**
