We are delighted to introduce the Hartlepool Half Marathon for 2026!A brand-new addition to our calendar with a flat and fast 13.1 mile course, perfect for chasing a PB.
Event Location
Maritime Avenue, Hartlepool Marina, TS24 0XF
Event Distance
Half Marathon – 13.1 miles
We will confirm the route ASAP. There is building work at The Highlight Leisure Centre area of the Marina and we are waiting for sign off of our preferred route from Hartlepool Council.
Expect a flat (200ft) and scenic coastal course ideal for all abilities.
There will be a 3 hour cut off due to the extensive road closures in place.
Cani-cross
Please note that this event is NOT canicross friendly.
Start Time
Half Marathon – 9am
There will be Live Chip-Timing provided by Timing Up North.
The Finish
All finishers will receive:
A Metal Medal
Wild Deer Merchandise
Snacks & a drink
Parking
Free parking will be available for participants at Hartlepool Marina/Royal Navy Museum
