Harry Potter Unit Study

This class is held weekly on Tuesdays from 10:30pm-12:30pm all semester long. For girls and boys of all ages 3 and up!

A Unit Study is a type of curriculum that organizes all subjects around one topic. In this case it's Harry Potter! We will be alternating 3 "classes" each week for a total of 12 different "classes" each month. Come join us in the fun!

• Ancient Runes (Cooking) - Dragon's Beard Candy
• Magical Creatures (Mythology) - Merfolk & Treefolk
• Muggle Studies (Ancient History) - A Meeting of the King & A Festival

4/23

• Astronomy - Eridamus & Gemini
• Transfiguration (Art) - Harry Potter Drawing
• Defense Against the Dark Arts (Fun) - A Fairy Primer & Tambourine

4/30 NO CLASS

5/2

• Alchemy (Geology) - Garnet, Labradorite, Sodalite, & Turquoise
• Ancient Runes (Geography) - Honey Hive Oasis, Vietnam
• Herbology - Ginger & Elder

Cost: $45 per student for these 3 classes.

Payment Due: April 1st 2024 @ 3:00pm

• Potions (Chemistry) - Bubble Brew of Fire
• Owl Studies (Zoology) - Boreal & Northern Saw-Wet Owls

• Ancient Runes (Cooking) - Red Currant Rum (Non-Alcoholic)
• Magical Creatures (Mythology) - Legends Around the World & Test Your Knowledge
• Muggle Studies (Ancient History) - The Vikings' World & The Story of the Vikings

5/28

• Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire Movie @ the Park
• Egyptian Summer Solstice Party

Cost: $45 per student for these 3 classes.

Payment Due: May 1st 2024 @ 3:00pm

We'll be outside under a huge pavilion so prepare yourself for the day's weather. Bring enough water, bug spray, personal fans, warm clothing, etc. We meet in the rain, as the pavilion is huge, and we stay dry. Please check our FB Page to see if any updates have been made about the classes each day. ALL announcement will be via FB, as I can't access the website via phone. If you're planning on dropping off your child, please contact Kei Denevan our Head Organizer first to get approval.

*Around the 15th of each month I update each event with the next month's info. So make sure you make notes in your calendar or save/print off the ticket to save the info before I change them.
