ENTRIES AVAILABLE ON THE DAY £30A challenging but fast chip timed 10k run up and around Harrow-on-the-Hill.
The route begins with an ascent of the Hill via Football Lane, then is run along pavements through the historic centre of the Hill before descending down Sudbury Hill then down Sudbury Court Drive. The section alongside Northwick Park is flat before the ascent begins again through the school grounds and Football Lane for the second time. After descending for a second time, runners are directed back into the school grounds via the footpath alongside Ducker Fields to the finish on the Harrow School Track.
Refreshments (tea, coffee, cakes) are provided as well as a finishers medal for all participants.

- First three men, plus first M40, M50, M60
- First three women, plus first W40, W50, W60
- First male & female runners to reach top of Football Lane
Any surplus proceeds from the race will be donated to local charities.
In the event of severe weather (red alert level), the event will be postponed and entries rolled over to the new date.
The race is organised by Metros Running Club under UKA rules
