Harrogate Self Care Week: Children's Sound Bath & Yoga

Just Bee and Resounding Wellness North have come together to offer a supportive and engaging session for children aged 7–11 years, combining the holistic wellbeing benefits of yoga, movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and a relaxation sound bath (during which children rest comfortably while gentle sounds and vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls are played to support relaxation and a sense of calm).

The session blends high-energy movement, focused yoga, and calming mindfulness practices, giving children the opportunity to explore self-regulation tools, positive self-care techniques, and moments of calm — all within a welcoming and inclusive environment. Parents are warmly invited to attend and join in alongside their child.

Attendance & Booking

A parent or caregiver must attend with their child

Please book one ticket per attendee (one for the adult, and one for each child attending)

Important Information

Sound healing and sound therapy are considered low-risk holistic practices. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, there are certain medical conditions (known as contraindications) which mean attendance is not suitable.

By purchasing a ticket, you are confirming that you and your child(ren) do not have any of the following:

• Epilepsy
• Use of recreational drugs or alcohol
• Severe mental health conditions (such as schizophrenia or psychosis)
• Implanted medical devices (e.g. pacemaker or defibrillator)
• Pregnancy

What to Bring

Yoga mats will be provided. You may also wish to bring items that help you or your child feel comfortable, such as a blanket, pillow, duvet, or eye mask.

Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes before the session start time to allow everyone to settle in calmly.

Please note, photography and videography will be taking place at the event, please let a member of the team know if you wish not to be included.
