At Blackdog Outdoors, we believe time spent outside isn’t just recreation — it’s restoration. This session is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature in a calm, supportive environment.
Whether you're brand new to climbing or taking your first steps outdoors after climbing indoors, this day is about confidence, community, and enjoying the simple joy of moving on real rock.
You’ll be supported by qualified instructors and Mental Health First Aiders throughout, making it a safe space to explore, learn, and look after your well-being.

• Distance: 10–15 minute walk-in
• Elevation: Light woodland descent to the crag
• Duration: 10:00 – 15:00
• Difficulty: Perfect for beginners & first-timers
• Dog Policy: 🐕 Unfortunately, dogs cannot attend this event
