Harrisburg Holiday Parade 2026

OK Everyone, time to start preparing your bike with Holiday Parade lights and decorations.
The ALR has been approved to participate in the Harrisburg Holiday parade again this year.
Date is Saturday, Nov 21. Parade starts at 1000. The theme this year is "A Season of Sharing"
The 2 biggest DO NOT do's are....you can not dress as Santa, even if you could pull off the look. No throwing of candy, stuffed animals, etc from the bike. It's for the safety of the kids. If someone wants to walk the route and hand out treats, that's acceptable. Like in previous years, you can hand out treats before the parade begins. Several Riders did that last year.
As we have done in the past, we will stage at Headquarters beginning at 0800 with KSU at 0900 to head over to our staging location. Waiting on confirmation but hopefully we will be in Group A again.
Our Rider Advisor Troy Micheals is going to open HQ so that we can use the restroom and potentially get warm.
Feel free to trailer your bike and unload here.
Would be awesome to have a large number of Riders participate.
