Step out of the rush of daily life and into an evening of calm, connection, and inspiration.
An Evening of Harmony Within is a deeply immersive experience that weaves together live music, guided mindfulness, and insightful reflections in a peaceful, theatre-based setting designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
This special evening will be facilitated by John Osborne, an internationally respected meditation teacher and musician visiting from the United States. With over 30 years of experience teaching across the world, John is renowned for creating warm, inclusive spaces where people of all backgrounds can feel at ease. His unique blend of music and meditation gently guides participants into a state of clarity, relaxation, and inner harmony.
No prior meditation experience is needed — simply bring yourself and an openness to pause, listen, and experience. Whether you are new to mindfulness or have an existing practice, this evening offers a meaningful opportunity to unwind and reconnect.

About John Osborne-
John is a senior faculty member and co-founder of Project Welcome Home Troops (PWHT), a global wellbeing initiative of the International Association for Human Values (IAHV) that delivers evidence-based mindfulness and breathwork programs for veterans, first responders, and communities affected by stress and trauma. As part of his visit to Australia, John will also be supporting a mindfulness-based wellbeing program for Queensland veterans, delivered in partnership with IAHV and RSL Queensland. This program focuses on resilience, stress management, and long-term wellbeing for veterans and their families.
