In this course, we’ll cover the foundational principles of Ayurveda and take a “dosha test” to identify your unique constitution. Once you know your dosha, you’ll learn customized tips for maintaining physical and emotional balance. We will reference the “balancing aids” in the Appendix of "The Essential Ayurvedic Cookbook".
We'll have a short tea break, then discuss how to create a personalized plan to kickstart your wellness journey.
