During this restorative sound bath, you’ll be invited to get comfortable, breathe deeply, and simply be with Carrie. Surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments, you can let yourself slow down and settle into a moment of rest in the lovely Carriage House.
What to bring:
✨ A yoga mat or comfortable mat to lie on
✨ A blanket to keep you warm
✨ A pillow or anything else that helps you feel comfortable
Following the sound bath, stay awhile to enjoy connection and drinks on the main floor of The Carriage House.
Two sessions are available, with limited space in each:
1:00–2:00 PM
2:30–3:30 PM
Registration is free, with an opportunity to make a donation at the event to support the Hopeful Mama Foundation.
