In this session we're going to focus on Harmony.
The Harmony of the music reharmonizing your Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual bodies. Reharmonizing your relationships, whether that is with your loved ones, yourself, or a relationship with something else (business, etc...).
We'll walk you through a relaxing guided journey while playing Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Drums, and other Sacred sounds while you relax and soak up the sound waves.
A Reiki Master will come around and offer Reiki energy healing to help you further get into a state of harmony.
At the end we like to pull some Oracle cards for some extra prescriptive guidance.
Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable lying on the floor for the meditation portion.
Chairs are available. Event is held at the Delaware House in Bayview. Doors will lock 5 minutes after start time, no late entry permitted as this interrupts the event and meditation.
