Self-Care Bootcamp “HARMONY” Retreat will be a weekend of reframing the need for balance with a fresh new perspective on how to embrace living in a state of harmony and inner peace. Even when there is chaos occurring all around you. A time to nourish and nurture your body, mind, and soul. A weekend of quiet reflection in a cozy retreat center. A weekend spent connecting with other like-minded women.
This transformative weekend will include:
~ 2-night all-inclusive package with private accommodations with luxurious linens and fuzzy bathrobes along with nourishing gourmet meals, tea, snacks prepared lovingly all weekend

~ The Harmony Workbook: printed copy written by Sondra Dubas
Experience 2 ½ days of self-care workshops and nurturing activities. The retreat will begin Friday morning and wrap up Sunday by noon.

~ Japanese Tea Ceremony: ancient spiritual practice intended to create harmony & inner peace
~ Gentle Yoga, Somatic Exercise & Breathwork to support you in feeling grounded in your body
~ Sound Bath: by the amazing & talented Padma Light that will release energy blockages and support your nervous system
~ Harmony Workshops: taught each day by Sondra Dubas, Integrative Wellness Coach. You will be guided through activities and reflective Journaling in the Harmony Workbook which will take this experience beyond the external realm and into the heart for lasting impact.
~ Art through “Junk Journaling”: enjoy a therapeutic and meaningful experience provided by a talented local artist
~ Refresh in Nature: Enjoy refreshing nature walks & magical prayer labyrinth along with paddle-boarding & kayaking. And relax in an onsite sauna.
~ Fireside Connection: The Sonlit Fireside Bar will be open Saturday evening for an enjoyable evening of laughter & song around the fire. (Mocktails and Cocktails available for purchase)
Relaxing Massages: available throughout your stay (additional cost paid directly to Sonlit)
