🎶Harmony on Water: Yoga and Sound Float Experience🧘♀️Join us on November 10th for an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation as we dive into a nurturing yoga and sound healing retreat. This intimate gathering, limited to 15 participants, focuses on gratitude and connection to the autumn season.
We will begin by setting up the space and creating a calm atmosphere for everyone to settle in before our journey starts at 2 PM. Upon arrival, enjoy the soothing taste of Blue Lotus Flower cold brew tea, designed to help you unwind and prepare for a blissful experience.
Our retreat will feature gentle yoga sessions and therapeutic sound healing floating in the pool. Brandi will guide you into deep relaxation and inner peace with her sound bowls and instruments. Come ready to honor the season’s abundance and nurture your spirit in this peaceful, supportive environment.
**Cost:** $30 per person
**Duration:** 2 hours and 15 minutes of connection and blissful relaxation. Reconnect with yourself and nature!
