Join us for a restorative day of mindfulness, reflection, and peace at the serene New Weis Center. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the New Jersey Highlands and 150 acres of forested land, this retreat is designed to help you reconnect—with nature, yourself, and the present moment.

Throughout the day, you'll be guided through a thoughtful selection of healing and grounding experiences, including:

🧘 Spring Gentle Yoga
🌲 Seasonal Nature Walk with Foraged Tea
🎶 Reiki Meditation with a lovely Sound Bath
🌀 Aromatherapy Workshop; Making your own oils
🖋 Nature Journaling, Arts and Crafts, & Intention Setting

Whether you're looking to release stress, find clarity, or simply breathe deeper, this immersive retreat offers a space to slow down and realign.

Spaces are limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience. Pre-registration required.

• Ages 18 and up
• Our day will consist of gentle yoga and walks at an easy pace; please dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes with good tread as well as clothes that are easy to move in
• Please bring your own lunch and reusable water bottle
• Yoga mats and blank journals will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own
• Parking is available in the outer lot on Snake Den Rd, or follow the driveway and park near the main brick building.
