Join us for Harmony for Healing, a free, community wellness event bringing together youth, families, caregivers, and community members for a day of connection, creativity, and support.

This large-scale event is created to support and empower individuals experiencing mental health challenges and living with lupus. Through shared experiences and a strong sense of community, we strive to foster a safe, welcoming environment for healing, growth, and self-expression.

Throughout the day, our continuous main-stage program will feature:

• Music-based wellness performances
• Lived-experience storytelling
• Short mental health talks and interactive workshops
• Group music and wellness activities

We are proud to support ongoing wellness initiatives and provide resources that encourage emotional well-being, resilience, and community connection.
