Harmony: A Day Retreat For Deep Connection & Mindful Integration

Our day will start with a 75 minute class focussed on gentle rhythmic exercises designed to improve posture. Theses somatic techniques will also enhance your connection to your inner self.
After priming our nervous system, we will be ready to delve deeper into the inner world with a yin yoga and pranayama sequence. This practice aims to unite psychic knots (granthis) at the deepest level).
In the afternoon, we'll raise our collective vibration and tone the vagus nerve with 108 rounds of the beautiful sloka 'Sarve Bhavantu'.
To ground ourselves, the day will close with a somatic sequence that allows for total body recalibration. This slow and mindful vinyasa flow will establish coherence among all the systems of your body. Leave this experience feeling lighter, brighter, whole and connected.
